  • In all Rydz locations, you have options for getting a ride. You can call in to request a ride or simply flag down a car if one is nearby—just remember that drivers need a safe, accessible, and legal spot to pull over. App requests always take priority, so riders in the vehicle can request drivers not stop for additional pickups.

    To ensure your preferred pickup time, kindly make your request at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We’re thrilled to have kids along for the ride and are dedicated to keeping them safe. Our vehicles adhere to state regulations for car seats and child passenger safety. If a child doesn’t meet these requirements, they must be secured in an appropriate car seat or booster seat provided by a parent or guardian.

    Additionally, all passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • We’re happy to have pets join us for the ride, but their acceptance is at the discretion of each driver and the other passengers. Please check with your driver upon arrival to confirm it's okay to bring your pet along. To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these pet etiquette guidelines:

    • Pets are not allowed on the seats.

    • Your pet must stay on your lap or on the floor between your legs at all times.

    • Pets must remain inside the vehicle throughout the ride.
